In-Person Personal Training

In-Person Personal Training is for the individual that wants face time with me as your coach.

Whether you are a weekend warrior, a performance athlete or phasing out of a therapeutic state of fitness and movement, this customized goal-oriented session provides the tools you need to improve your ability to move and train better and more effectively through life.

Please note, you must have completed a recent (within 3 months) Functional Movement Assessment and Consultation before taking part in In-Person Personal Training sessions with me.  This will allow me to learn about your body’s current fitness and movement abilities so I can design a proper program to fit your needs.

In-Person Personal Training sessions are offered in my private studio in Centreville, VA in the following durations:

  • 30 minutes at a rate of $125 per session
  • 60 minutes at a rate of $250 per session

In-Person Personal Training sessions are offered in your home (within a 20-minute commute) in the following durations:

  • 30 minutes at a rate of $375 per session
  • 60 minutes at a rate of $500 per session
