Metabolic Typing®

Metabolic Typing® (sometimes referred to on my site as metabolic nutrition) is best described as specific and individualized metabolism and nutrition coaching focused on the individual’s specific requirements for optimal health and function. This highly effective, personalized and tailored program is based on scientific methods developed from studying the body’s major systems and answers the question “what’s the right diet for me?”.

Metabolic Typing® is the most powerful program that I can offer you as a health practitioner. I have witnessed powerful changes in the health of people that have lived “healthy” for decades but could not get off of certain health plateaus they were stuck on until they invested in Metabolic Typing®.

Metabolic Typing® consists of 5 phases including:

  1. Test and identify the Metabolic Type of the participant and test for any additional lab tests recommended
  2. Implement the ideal foods and eliminate the non-ideal foods for the participant based on their specific metabolic type diet plan
  3. Identify and fine-tune the macronutrient balance (fat, protein, and carbohydrates) at each meal for the participant based on their specific needs per their metabolic type
  4. Receive the appropriate supplemental support based on the participant’s metabolic type, health conditions, etc.
  5. Identify and eliminate blocking factors and increase lifestyle enhancers for each participant to maximize their success
