Happy St. Patty's day friends! Did you get pinched for not wearing green today?I didn't! Here's a nourishing and yummy addition to your St. Patrick's day festivities that I think you will love. It's on deck for my dessert tonight, can't wait to eat it!

  1. 8 ounces of almond or coconut milk
  2. 1 banana
  3. 2 pitted dates or 3 drops of liquid stevia or 1 tsp of honey
  4. 2-3 ice cubes
  5. 1/4 avocado
  6. 2 tbsp of almond butter
  7. 1 tsp of chia seeds
  8. 1 handful of greens (kale, spinach, etc.) or 1 tsp of greens powder (I use Pure Synergy brand)
  9. 1 drop of Young Living peppermint oil or 1/2 tsp of peppermint extract
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
  1. Add 1-2 tbsp of cocoa powder to this for the taste of mint chocolate flavor, it's fantastic! This is a great meal replacement shake too.
