My Philosophy

It is my philosophy that in order to achieve an optimal level of health there are 7 key elements that must be addressed:

  1. Diet
  2. Rest
  3. Exercise
  4. Stressor Reduction
  5. Supplementation
  6. Detoxification 
  7. Mindset 

Each of these elements are taken into account with each client that I work with and in varying degrees depending on the level of coaching that they take part in.  

I believe that when you put the body in the most optimal environment, nourish and support it consistently with the things that it needs, it can heal itself and optimal health can then be achieved.  That being said, this is by no means an easy thing to achieve in today’s world.  With the enormity of stressors working against us, some within our control and some not, my goal is to meet each client where they are and take them through as many levels of improvement to their health that they desire to achieve.  

I take a whole health/holistic approach to your health goals and view your body as one unit vs. individual pieces and parts.  

Health is a lifestyle, it is not a destination.  There is no finish line.  It’s about caring for your mind and body each day throughout your lifetime in order to empower yourself mentally and physically to fulfill your life’s purpose well.  Life is tough as we all know, but the stronger you are in mind and body the better you will be able to handle the punches, falls, battles and failures that life will bring your way.  I want to help you get, be and stay as strong as possible for those challenges you will face.  

Each day you have the opportunity to win the day, to make choices that support your pursuit of optimum health one step at a time.  This is where I come in.  As a Holistic Mind & Body Transformation Coach, my goal is to educate, empower and encourage you to achieve an optimum level of health over the course of time.  I am not into quick fixes because they don’t work and they often set you back further from your goals than you originally started.  I believe in peeling back the layers of the onion and focusing on the root causes of your health problems and your individual needs vs. just focusing on the symptoms of your health problems.
